"I had low energy levels, mainly due to a high pressure work and due to lack of sleep, bad nights when it was difficult to fall asleep. Also digestion and bloating were common issues. I also wanted to improve health and appearance of my skin (I’m 40). I also had recurring strong headaches, that would “wipe” me out for half a day or a day at a time.
I loved working with Sabine, because she has the expertise and qualification to recommend suitable actions that delivered results! I loved her recipes and could not believe how much my energy and sleep improved with changes in nutrition. Sabine also recommended a skincare regime, I was sceptical at first as I never heard of that brand previously, but i did give it a go and was so happy with results! The brand is eco conscious, which is a plus and delivers great results. Their products helped my skin to glow again. I loved that Sabine personalised the plan, supplements, regime and nutrition to my specific health needs and goals. Apart from physical health, there were very interesting eye opening mental exercises too, which made the whole experience holistic and much more meaningful in unblocking some of the limiting beliefs….
I am very happy I chose to invest in my health and well-being and I am very happy that I found Sabine! I rarely have a headache now, I sleep so well and my energy is bursting. You do need to put effort and take actions yourself, Sabine is there to guide you and cheer you on too.
All issues that I wanted to resolve, have improved massively. I no longer experience headaches and seems I have energy to run miles :) my skin improved and I received many compliments. I loved some techniques that Sabine recommended to unwind and relax after work too, it helps massively with wellbeing. I feel much more relaxed, I feel more energetic and I feel more in control now as I better understand my body, the needs of my body and how I can help my body and mind be at their best.

"Before I started working with Sabine I felt a bit frustrated with eating what I thought was a healthy calorie controlled diet and exercising but not losing weight or inches.
I felt that I had an expert to go to for guidance and advice as trying to do research on my own was only producing conflicting information and also I wasn’t achieving results.
Much as though I hate anything relating to technology I found the zoom conversations most productive as in a dialogue it’s possible to get lots of answers to questions.
Also sourcing nutritional supplements and protein powder is a minefield, so being provided with a user friendly shopping list has been very helpful.
Being able to take health tests at home and have the results analysed and explained to me has given me an insight into my overall health which has been very helpful.
As yet I haven’t achieved all my weight loss, but I feel that the advice given has resulted in healthier nutrition so I’m hopeful that I will see the benefits eventually and that ultimately I will have the tools to maintain my general health in the long term.

"Hi my name is Sue I’m a 57-year-old mum of three I also have eight grandchildren. I suppose it all started in lockdown eating a little more here and there the pounds started to pile on. I was craving sweet sugary foods all the time. My mood was very low getting out of bed in the morning was an effort, my sleep pattern was very poor I kept waking up three or four times a night. Acid reflux was another problem I was getting through indigestion tablets like nobody‘s business. Then I was diagnosed with planter fasciitis which I have lived with for over a year so painful. My mobility had really slowed down I just thought it was old-age. I was told by a friend about a lady in the village who was a nutritionist who works with you and guides you in the right direction. I thought right nothing to lose.
We had our first meeting six weeks ago and I haven’t looked back since.
Wow what a difference to my mood I feel so much happier nothing is too much trouble . "Sabine not only advised me but also my husband regarding vitamins/dietary supplements.
I actually eat very healthy and rich in vitamins and I have been taking dietary supplements for a long time. Nevertheless, I had some very dry skin and my lips were always very whitish/blue-pale, which bothered me again and again and I didn't know why that was.
Sabine checked my nutritional supplements and recommended new things to me. I have to say I'm thrilled. After a short time I noticed a significant improvement. The lips are now really nice and red again and they seem fuller to me. And the dry patches of skin are also much better after just a month, in some places even completely gone. It's really great!!

"It has been such an amazing journey! When I met Sabine I wasn’t in a good place. There was a lot of stress and there were a lot of life changing things happening in my life and it took a toll on my health. It can be hard to get through to me because I can be quite a stubborn person, but she’s done it! She has sent me quite a lot of questions and whilst I was filling all this in, I thought those are a lot of questions, but I understood that to get to know me and what is going on for me, it really is necessary to ask so many questions.
I am a voice coach and I also ask my clients a lot of questions, so I decided that this is me-time. It was so good to have this time for myself, which was an issue at the time as well. And it got me thinking about myself and I got a lot out of it by just filling in those questions, as it made me think about myself a lot more and what I eat and also about my patterns etc! "Hi Sabine, I would like to say thank you for your help over the last three months. I was interested in your posts on our Village Facebook page, decided to get in touch and I am so glad I did.
I had noticed changes heading into the menopause, and having spent several months reducing my weight by quite severe methods, I was feeling lethargic, suffering muscle fatigue, sleepless nights, thinning hair and generally feeling run down. Sabine asked lots of questions, asked me to fill in forms and food diaries (only once though)!
This gave Sabine an insight into my strengths/weaknesses around, food, exercise, health and thinking patterns. I did not want a ‘diet’ plan, what I wanted was a healthier more balanced way of living to incorporate all the essential vitamins and minerals according to my needs. This she was able to do.
With two weekly zoom meetings to discuss progress and/or set backs, to ask questions, give suggestions and encouragement. Sabine also made available some tests at the start, the results of which meant I had a better understanding of why I was feeling as I did and what to do to improve things.
